The Lake Berkley Poolside Villa is a beautifully remodeled three-bedroom, two and a half bath townhome located in a gated, resort-style community just 20 minutes south of Disney Springs and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The Villa comes with a nicely equipped kitchen which includes all new appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices. Start out your morning right with a coffee bar which includes with a nice selection of coffee, creamers, and syrups to help start your day..

The Lake Berkley community is a quaint gathering of homes and townhomes with walkable streets, two community pools, a clubhouse with a well-equipped workout area, outdoor play sets, a splash pad, a beach volleyball court, a tennis court, and a half-court basketball area. Right outside the main entrance to your vacation home are two marked parking spots reserved just for you and your guests. However, there's a good chance you won't be parked for long as the immediate Kissimmee area has a vast array of local shopping opportunities, award-winning restaurants, and adventures close by. For instance, just ten minutes from your villa is Central Florida's premiere helicopter tour service, MaxFlight. See the sights or even the Theme Parks in a whole new way!
What's Included
Most everything you need to help make the Lake Berkley Poolside Villa your home away from home is provided. Each bedroom is stocked with towels and wash cloths for each guest. In addition, each second floor bath is supplied with travel-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. In addition, a hair dryer is provided under the sink in each second floor bathroom. All bedrooms have extra quilts and throws to help you get comfortable after a long day of fun and adventure in the parks.
